Acting as the HR Advisory and Business Partner for assigned Department. Responsible for the Organizational Development, Performance appraisal follow-up as well as the Talent Acquisition for the department . Working with Hiring managers to acquire the most fit and talented calibers within the market filling in the opened positions

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Development and Talent Management: 

  • Support organizational planning including creation of organizational charts, review of roles and responsibilities and job description
  • Oversee employee compliance with all performance management processes (annual performance review process, goal setting, probationary reviews, employee development planning)
  • Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees
  • Identify, develop and implement business processes and Workflows when required
  • Responsible for updating and modifying company policies
  • Assist the organization in areas of leadership development, organizational redesign, team development 
  • Responsible for the promotions of employees and assessment for team leader
  • Identify the career path with the managers for all jobs
  • Participates in developing new policies, procedures and programs

Talent Acquisition: 

  • Receive and collect hiring requests from the hiring managers
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Post jobs on career websites, portals and universities boards
  • Evaluate and screen candidates’ CVs using database
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Use and update recruitment assessment sheets
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct phone and face to face interviews
  • Coordinate recruitment interviews process
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews
  • Update accepted and non-accepted candidates with their status
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
  • Attend job fairs and careers events

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in Software house 
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good at data gathering and analysis
  • Excellent Microsoft office
  • Have Presentation skills
