Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Receive and collect hiring requests from the HRBPs/TMs hiring managers
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Post jobs on career websites, portals and universities boards
- Evaluate and screen candidates’ CVs using database
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to HRBPs/TMs hiring managers
- Use and update recruitment assessment sheets
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews
- Coordinate recruitment interviews process
- Maintain a complete record of interviews
- Update accepted and non-accepted candidates with their status
- Stay up to date with current recruiting methods
- Attend job fairs and careers events
- Responsible for all TA reports
Others
- Assist the team in any needed tasks
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience in recruitment in IT industry
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Good at data gathering and analysis
- Excellent Microsoft office
- Have Presentation skills
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
