Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Receive and collect hiring requests from the HRBPs/TMs hiring managers
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Post jobs on career websites, portals and universities boards
  • Evaluate and screen candidates’ CVs using database
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to HRBPs/TMs hiring managers
  • Use and update recruitment assessment sheets
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct phone and face to face interviews
  • Coordinate recruitment interviews process
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews
  • Update accepted and non-accepted candidates with their status
  •  Stay up to date with current recruiting methods
  • Attend job fairs and careers events
  • Responsible for all TA reports


  • Assist the team in any needed tasks

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience in recruitment in IT industry
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
  • Good at data gathering and analysis
  • Excellent Microsoft office
  • Have Presentation skills
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
  • Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
