  • Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation
  • Handling work permit for Egyptian employees across Europe, USA, middle east
  • Handling expats visits, hotel reservations
  • Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc
  • Dealing with Legal counsels to find out the procedures of getting complied work permits or Visas
  • Coordinate and follow up with the embassies to expedite the visa / work permit process
  • Identify the company specifications and suggest suitable travel packages or services
  • Keep financial statements and documents


  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience
  • Proven working experience with Visas
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a Plus
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
  • Ability to handle crises
  • Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred
