  •  Responsible for releasing the hours and follow up with the employees on time submission and approval to making sure estimate hours entered on SAP correctly
  •  Prepare weekly report for Dematic including the all hours logged
  •  Collect the “Client feedback “report per project for all departments “Customer Satisfaction”
  •  Collecting all data needed for projects and unify it for mechanical and controls for project management meeting
  •  Responsible for generating departments reports;
    • Utilization reports
    • Head count report
    • Non-Billable hours report
    • Internal activities hours report
    • JIRA KPIs reports
  •  Updates work from home, over time sheets and send it to direct manager and HR (agreed SLA)
  •  Update all information’s for new hires and project administration
  •  Responsible for sending the logged hours to finance team for invoicing
  •  Presenting in the induction training the logged hours, working from home sheets
  •  Responsible for communicating with teams and coordination of any department activities


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent with English
  • Data consolidation (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (key programs below)
    • Proficient in Excel
      • Pivot
      • Graphs
    • PowerPoint
      • Formatting
      • Editing
