  • Provide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be responsible
  • Responsible for resolving clients issues based on defined and agreed SLAs


  • UNIX/Linux administration
  • Good technical knowledge in troubleshooting IT infrastructure technologies, connectivity techniques and directory services
  • Good knowledge about ITIL processes
  • Knowledge in Oracle databases is a plus
  • Software development skills are plus
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Organized, flexible and able to manage several tasks
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in English. Any additional languages will be an advantage
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
