Responsibilities:

·  Formulate clear plan to grow Advansys ESC within the defined territory including target industries and customers with expected revenues by business

·  Lead revenue input in budget discussions

·  Lead negotiations with customers for all opportunities maximizing the success rate to be over 50%

·  Support Business Development team with insights on customer needs based on the ongoing discussions and market awareness

· Support in competitor intelligence ensuring we are fully aware of our competition, their strengthens and weaknesses to support in winning business

· Exceed revenue targets assigned to territory

Qualifications:

•     7+ years of experience in Software Solutions Sales (ERP, Analytics, RPA, Chatbot)

•      Managed accounts in Healthcare/Banks/Financial Services/Insurance

•      Technical background (engineering or computer science graduate)

•      Managed Multinational Accounts/Local Enterprises•

•      Ability to lead individuals to perform at their highest standard

•      Magnificent in building relationships and in negotiations

•      Ability to identify and create needs within customers
